We offer training courses to companies that wish to build their own.
What is your capacity?
We have a large capacity with two extruding sites manufacturing Flexiteek 2G. We have mass deck production facilities in all major boat building areas of the world.
Where is Flexiteek 2G made?
Flexiteek 2G is manufactured in our own extruding facilities, with over 40 years of manufacturing experience.
Can you offer a worldwide guarantee?
Yes. We are a global company and therefore our guarantee is worldwide.
How many other boat builders do you supply?
We currently supply direct to over 200 OEMs worldwide.

What level of detail can you produce?
Anything you can think of – from a traditional fully snaped deck to an ultra modern design.
Are there any design limitations?
No. We are innovators and find solutions to enable the use of Flexiteek 2G.
How do you template the boat?
From the old fashioned way of using sheet material or stick templates to the very latest digitizing methods.
Can you work from CAD files?
Yes we can work from any vectorized files.
Can you produce CAD deck designs?
Yes we can, we have our own inhouse design team.
What size deck can you produce?
Any size you require. As an extruded product, we can extrude any length of plank and then make a deck to any size.
What are the options with plank sizes?
As standard we make the following sizes: 45mm, 60mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm. If that isn’t wide enough we hot weld them together with a blindless seam to make any size.
Can I have a bespoke size or colour?
Of course, although minimum quantities and tooling charges may apply.
How does Flexiteek 2G compare to other similar synthetic decking?
Flexiteek 2G is 35% lighter in weight and cools 30% faster than other PVC based decking. Our customers believe it is the closest in look and texture to real teak.
Do you use CNC machines?
Yes, we have several in constant use.
How much experience do you have?
We’ve been making Flexiteek since 2000 and our most experienced staff have been with us since the beginning. Our largest and most experienced distributors have been with us for at least 15 years.
